Abstract

Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) is a comparison of the price index received by farmers (It) to the price index paid by farmers (Ib).
NTP is an indicator to see the level of ability/purchasing power of farmers in rural areas. NTP also shows the exchangeability (terms of trade) of agricultural products for goods and services consumed and for production costs.
NTP for Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province in June 2024 is 134.50 or an increase of 4.60 percent compared to the previous month's NTP. The increase in NTP was due to the Price Index Received by Farmers (It) increasing by 4.45 percent while the Price Index Paid by Farmers (Ib) decreased by 0.15 percent.
Food Crops Subsector NTP (NTP-P) was 101.30; Horticulture Subsector (NTP-H) of 108.38; People's Plantation Plantation Subsector (NTP-R) was 141.79; Livestock Subsector (NTP-T) was 110.71; The Fisheries Subsector (NTP-P) was 108.47 with the Capture Fisheries Group (NTN) at 109.17 and the Aquaculture Group (NTPi) at 88.17.
In June 2024 there will be a decrease in the Household Consumption Index (IKRT) by 0.20 percent caused by a decline in the index in 1 expenditure group. Meanwhile, 8 expenditure groups experienced an increase and 2 other expenditure groups did not experience changes in the index.
The Agricultural Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) for the Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province in June 2024 was 132.04 or an increase of 4.46 percent compared to the previous month's NTUP.
