Abstract

  • The Gender Inequality Index (IKG) in 2022 was 0.497, down 0.030 points compared to 2021 which was 0.527.
  • The decline in the Gender Inequality Index (IKG) was mainly influenced by improvements in the dimensions of women's reproductive health.
  • The improvement in the dimensions of women's reproductive health is influenced by the improvement in the indicator of women giving birth not in health facilities, which has decreased from 13.2 percent in 2021 to 8.1 percent in 2022
