Abstract

The number of inter-island sea transport passengers departing from the Bangka Belitung Islands Province in June 2022 was recorded at 35.24 thousand people, an increase of 12.34 percent compared to the previous month. When compared to the same period last year (January-June 2021), the flow of departing passengers has increased by 25.44 percent.

The number of inter-island sea transport passengers arriving in the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands in June 2022 was recorded at 44.90 thousand people. The number decreased 5.58 percent compared to the previous month. However, when compared to the same period last year (January-June 2021), the flow of incoming passengers has increased by 107.27 percent.

The volume of goods loaded at the port in June 2022 was 762.62 thousand tons, a decrease of 52.73 percent compared to the previous month which reached 1613.46 thousand tons.

The volume of goods unloaded during June 2022 was 458.37 thousand tons, an increase of 86.54 percent compared to the previous month which reached 245.72 thousand tons.

The number of air transport passengers departing from the Bangka Belitung Islands in June 2022 was recorded at 78.66 thousand people, a decrease of 18.55 percent compared to the previous month.

The number of passengers who came to the Bangka Belitung Islands using air transportation in June 2022 was 80.59 thousand people, a decrease of 20.97 percent compared to the previous month.

The number of air passengers departing from the Bangka Belitung Islands in July 2022 increased by 1.26 percent compared to June 2022. The number of passengers who came to the Bangka Belitung Islands using air transportation in July 2022 increased by 40.27 percent compared to June 2022.
