Abstraction

• Number of guests staying at star hotels in the Province Bangka Belitung Islands in December 2018 there were 33,849 people. This amount has decreased by 11.15 percent compared to the number of guests the previous month which is 38,098 people. Number of foreign and domestic guests decreased by 16.84 percent and 11.04 percent respectively.
• Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) hotel classification star at Bangka Belitung Islands Province in December 2018 reached an average of 37.76 percent, down 6.66 points compared to that with November 2018 TPK recorded at 44.43 percent.
• The highest ROR for starred hotels according to district / city at December 2018 is in Central Bangka Regency in the amount of 54.08 percent, followed by Districts in Belitung Island (41.39 percent), Pangkalpinang City (30.10 percent), and Bangka Regency (19.82 percent).
• As of December 2018, the total length of stay of guests is total overall the hotel classifies stars for 1.88 days,a decrease of 0.06 days compared to the previous month.During December 2018, the average length of stay of guests foreigners (3.63 days) 1.78 days longer than Indonesian guests (1.85 days).
