Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Bangka Tengah Regency 2021

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to identify the need for statistical data and the level of customer satisfaction with BPS data and services. SKD has been implemented by the Directorate of Statistical Dissemination through the Subdirectorate of Reference to Statistics since 2005. The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) is committed to providing quality statistical data for all parties. Therefore, a Data Needs Survey (SKD) was held to identify the level of needs and satisfaction of data users. SKD 2021 is implemented by all Integrated Statistics Service units of Central BPS, Provincial BPS, and Regency / City BPS. The results of the 2021 SKD were analyzed using several analysis methods, namely cross tabulation analysis, gap analysis, and Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA). SKD 2021 data processing is carried out to obtain information about data needs, the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) or community satisfaction survey, and Main Performance Indicators (IKU).
