Abstract

The number of inter-island sea transportation passengers departing from the Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province in September 2024 was recorded at 28.85 thousand people, down 10.82 percent compared to the previous month. When compared to the same period last year (January-September 2023), the flow of departing passengers increased by 17.11 percent.

The number of inter-island sea transportation passengers arriving in the Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province in September 2024 was recorded at 29.40 thousand people. This number decreased by 3.11 percent compared to the previous month. When compared to the same period last year (January-September 2023), the flow of arriving passengers decreased by 6.39 percent.
The volume of goods loaded at the port in September 2024 was 258.46 thousand tons, an increase of 4.03 percent compared to the previous month which amounted to 248.44 thousand tons.
The volume of goods unloaded during September 2024 was 126.53 thousand tons, a decrease of 3.84 percent compared to the previous month which was 131.58 thousand tons.
The number of air transportation passengers departing from Bangka Belitung in September 2024 was recorded at 65.38 thousand people, a decrease of 4.63 percent compared to the previous month.
The number of passengers coming to the Bangka Belitung by
using air transportation in September 2024 was recorded at 66.13 thousand people, a decrease of 4.63 percent compared to the previous month.
