February 2024, Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, star hotel room occupancy rate of 25.63 percent

Abstract

The number of guests staying at star-rated hotels in the Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province in February 2024 was recorded at 35,095 people. This number has increased by 4.88 percent compared to the number of guests in the previous month which was 33,463 people. The number of domestic guests was recorded to have increased (m-to-m) by 4.46 percent and the number of foreign guests was recorded to have increased (m-to-m) by 45.16 percent.

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star-rated hotels in the Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province in February 2024 reached 25.63 percent; up 2.59 points compared to the TPK in January 2024 which was recorded at 23.05 percent.

The highest TPK of star-rated hotels by district/city in February 2024 was in Bangka Tengah Regency at 33.28 percent and the lowest was in Bangka Regency with a room occupancy rate of 16.82 percent.

In February 2024, the average length of stay for all guests at star hotels was 1.60 days, or a decrease of 0.31 days compared to the previous month.
