Abstract

The export value of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province in July 2022 was worth US$144.03 million, a decrease of 36.82 percent compared to the export value of July 2021.
The export value of tin decreased by 34.45 percent and non-tin decreased by 46.11 percent (y-on-y).
Compared to the previous month (m-to-m), the value of exports fell 49.80 percent. Tin exports fell 54.71 percent and non-tin exports rose 3.82 percent.
In January-July 2022, China absorbed 33.84 percent (US$517.38 million) of tin exports, while Malaysia absorbed 20.65 percent (US$39.71 million) of non-tin exports.
The export value of animal/vegetable fats and oils (HS 15) in January-July 2022 dominated at US$127.64 million or 66.39 percent of the total non-tin exports of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province.
