Abstract

The export value of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province in April 2021 was worth US$223.26 million, an increase of 186.09 percent compared to the export value of April 2020.
The export value of tin rose 262.28 percent, and non-tin rose 25.42 percent (y-on-y).
Compared to the previous month (m-to-m), the value of exports rose 27.20 percent. Tin exports rose 31.77 percent and non-tin exports rose 4.99 percent.
During January-April 2021, South Korea absorbed 14.54 percent (US$76.01 million) of tin exports, while Malaysia absorbed 24.32 percent (US$26.80 million) of non-tin exports.
The export value of animal/vegetable fats and oils (HS 15) in January-April 2021 dominated at US$75.48 million or 68.50 percent of the total non-tin exports of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province.
