Abstract

• The export value of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province in October 2020 was worth US $ 88.6 million, down 14.02 percent compared to the export value in October 2019.

• The export value of tin fell 12.28 percent, and non-tin decreased 21.73 percent (y-on-y).

• Compared to the previous month (m-to-m), the export value decreased by 10.08 percent. Tin exports fell 11.44 percent and non-tin exports fell 2.71 percent.

• During January-October 2020, Singapore absorbed 18.99 percent (US $ 152.8 million) of tin exports, while China absorbed 22.05 percent (US $ 36.6 million) of non-tin exports.

• The export value of animal / vegetable fats and oils (HS 15) in January-October 2020 dominates US $ 124.5 million or 75.05 percent of the total non-tin exports of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province.
